Type 2 Diabetes Can Be Reversed In 30 Days!

This is well documented and has had excellent results when the treatment is strictly controlled, and of course that means raw and alkaline diet, it also means that this is a permanent diet and you cannot go back to the bad old ways, of eating diabetic inducing foods.

Most of us have a pancreas that produces insulin but the insulin is not effective because the beta cell’s have become tired and cannot keep up the enormous pressure of continuous production to counter the huge quantities of refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup that the food manufacturers manage to include in their products, and so, resistance is the result, in fact type 2 diabetes should be and probably will be called “resistant diabetes” in the future.

If you are interested in knowing more about this, please let me know, simply send an e-mail stating your interest in reversing diabetes, and I will schedule you for a meeting with our resident doctor, for a personal discussion.

I now have a CD which follows 6 patients through 30 days of changing their diets, reducing their medication, (under medical supervision) and finally, coming off all medication within 30 days. (http://www.rawfor30days.com/)

I would be more than happy to show this CD, and perhaps someone could arrange for a group of us to meet at a venue to be decided, maybe at your home ? (This is an invitation)

We have one of the most exciting treatment courses right here, on the Costa, so I invite you to learn about the power of diet, and start to reverse your diabetes.

Almost everything we eat feeds your diabetes, keeps it going, and eventually, you end up with heart disease as well. In addition we know that being in poor health can trigger some of the more feared diseases.

One other strong message I wish to send, “IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO CHANGE” let us talk about reversing diabetes.

Most of us also have numerous other medication in the form of tablets, capsules or suppositories etc, which will also become a thing of the past if you take this course, I refer to such things as anti-inflammatories, anti-hypertensive medication and statins, etc.

It is now well documented, that our food supply is polluted, our water supply and the air we breath is polluted, placing huge demands on oxygen, which is required, to excrete all those toxins and which incidentally, is being diverted from our red blood cell’s and ultimately all the cell’s of the body, thereby opening up the gateway to disease.

It is essential to maintain oxygenated red blood cells however, many of the foods we eat are responsible for poor red blood cell health, they become sticky, cling together and become irregular in shape. This impairs the ability of the red blood cells to carry the prodigious amounts of oxygen and nutrients that they are designed to carry, therefore, disease inevitably follows.

Let us take a look at some diet suggestions, this is what Mike Adams, editor of “Natural News”, says about breakfast.

Breakfast is a meal that should be very low-glycemic; one that should have absolutely no refined carbohydrates and no refined sugar at all. Typically, he has a smoothie of low-glycemic vegetables each morning, usually, cucumber, celery and fresh sprouts, combined with some low-glycemic fruits, such as blue berries, or celery, broccoli and tomato, with apple and banana, the choice of fruit and vegetables is yours however, it is recommended that you stick to two fruit and three vegetables in your smoothie.

Sometimes instead of fruit flavor, he has chocolate, but the chocolate he consumes is raw, unprocessed cacao. It has no milk fat and no sugar whatsoever.

Sometimes he adds “stevia” as a sweetener, because stevia does not affect blood sugar, and is a good choice for diabetics.

This type of breakfast is highly nutritious, satisfying and the taste is wonderful, also it does not slam his blood sugar around the way the standard breakfast does.

Mike Adams goes on to say; this low glycemic breakfast helps to keep his blood sugar levels between 85 and 110 all day, and if you keep your levels low and stable, the whole day you are energized, you are more alert, your pancreas will not be producing insulin and you will not therefore, gain weight.

Once a diabetic starts to inject insulin, you are encouraging weight gain because insulin is a fat storage hormone, which is why insulin is so important for diabetics, so a change of diet is essential, if not, diabetics become heavier and heavier then they start to suffer from heart disease, cardiovascular disease, knee pain and hip pain, and pretty soon, they suffer from diabetic neuropathy-numbness of the limbs.

The majority of all leg amputations are performed on diabetics as a result of this condition,

The reason maturity-onset diabetes is so common today is due to many years of dietary indiscretions. Remember, that the pancreas produces insulin to enable the body to use glucose.

When one consumes a diet high in startches and refined sugar on a frequent basis, the beta cells become exhausted and cannot keep up with the load, which leads to insulin resistance.

So, to recap, remove refined sugar, hydrogenated fats, trans-fats, and artificial sweeteners, you should eliminate, bread, pasta, cereals, rice, white flour and fried foods in addition to dairy products. (Its a start)

Remember it is never too late to change your eating habits and the huge improvement in your health, will be worth the small effort it will take.

There are 258 million diabetics in the world, of which 10% are “insulin dependent”, the rest of us are “insulin resistant” or type 2, remember diabetes is NOT a disease of increased blood sugar, this is a symptom of diabetes.

The final word should go to “exercise” and you should build up your exercise to one or two hours per day until your blood sugar is under control.

The object of this exercise is to reduce your insulin medication!
